About Me

My main work and research interest concern sustainability applied to the environment, with particular attention to the forest. I have an academic background in natural sciences, conservation, forest restoration, and soil protection.

My bachelor thesis was focused on floristic cartography within CORINE land cover project with particular attention to quadrant Rome southwest (), until that moment devoid of reliefs or more generally of an updated flora.

During my master I focused my attention on sustainable forest management, collaborating with Prof. Picchio research team (Tuscia University), Prof. Tavankar (Azad Islamic University of Teheran) and Prof. Medersky (Poznan Life Sciences University) to an international project with the purpose to study different mechanization levels and management methods with the aim of sustainability.

In my work experience, I focused most of all on divulgation within WWF and environmental education with numerous lab activities with students but also with naturalistic tours. I have also the opportunity to work in high-level education teaching several courses about sustainability and environmental sciences to Lorenzo De Medici Italian International Institute. At the same time as the teaching activity, the professional job as Forester continues through VTA analysis (Visual tree assessment) and agro-forestry consulting. Since one year I'm working as Professor to an Italian international institute (Lorenzo De Medici). The topics of m work are focused on food sustainability and environmental awareness.

During my studies and work, I collaborated with Botanists, Foresters, and Geologists, working individually and in a team. I took part in different projects involving forest management and soil studies.
