I am also president of the association "Saint Martin Cultural Center ", which aims to promote humanistic culture (historical and philosophical, literary, artistic tradition, etc.), education and training, cultural and environmental heritage. Cultural Center of Saint Martin was admitted on 30 September 2017 as a member of the European network of cultural centers dedicated to Saint Martin in order to develop the "Saint Martin of Tours route" recognized by the Council of Europe.
