About Me

Albanian Business Services Association (ABSA) is a non-profit organization, operating in lobbying and advocacy for the enhancement of the busines service sector in Albania. The work of the organization started in 2018, by gathering members and building a bridge of dialogue between businesses in this sector, their employees and the ;As of today, ABSA has 38 members operating in the business service sector, offering services such as digital marketing, customer service, data entry, design, etc. Our members are located in the main cities all over the country, giving us a wide geographical coverage including cities of Tirana, Shkodra, Durres, Korça and so on. The membership to ABSA varies in different formats, depending on the engagement of the members to the organization’s work, as well as in accordance to their contribution.
