With its 17,000 employees, 495 structures and a budget of €910 million, GROUPE SOS is one of Europe’s foremost social and societal undertakings. For over 30 years now, GROUPE SOS has been putting economic efficiency at the service of the interests of the general public. In so doing, it provides responses to the issues of today’s society by developing innovative solutions in its five main fields of activity: Youth, Employment, Solidarity, Health, Seniors, Culture, Ecological Transition and International Action. The actions undertaken by GROUPE SOS have an impact on 1,7 million beneficiaries every year.
GROUPE SOS acts on the international stage to work towards reaching Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Our social businesses work with local players in over fifty countries to provide support through voluntary work and training, and to reinforce skills in the areas of health care, child protection, handicap, environmental protection and access to education for all. We also work towards economic development by enabling companies whose aim is social and/or ecological to develop within our worldwide network of incubators.
