About Me
Almost 30 years of work experience, 20 of which in the area of customs modernization, border management and trade facilitation. Worked for 16 years in the Albanian Customs Administration holding several positions such as Director of Customs Cooperation, Deputy Director General of Customs, Deputy Director of Tirana Regional Customs Office, including provision of several part-time consultancies in region and developing countries. Since 2010 full time freelance customs & trade consultant carried out several project related assignments in Afghanistan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Philipinnes, Serbia, Turkey, etc.
Constantly looking for new project related short and/or lomg term consultancies.
