About Me

We are a group of institutional (Universities) and SME partners that work together to develop an integrated social platform that will share and disseminate an IoT (Internet of Things) hardware/software system, modular and perfectly integrated into building components, and/or into other elements or parts of the built environment surrounding the building that will allow the building not only to interface and integrate with the electricity grid, acting as a microgrid hub with concerned utilities concerned, but also to be a shared charging point for electric vehicles.

The device is  scalable and thought for a wideuse through the implementation of integration strategies, prepared for the future smart grid and for the exploitation of the renewable energy used in the building in the frame of NZEB (Nearly Zero energy building).

We realized the prototype in the frame of a regional project, and mean to spread the idea, the underlying social ICT platform and the device through the Alpine Space framework, participating in the 4th call.
