About Me

He was born in 1962 in İskenderun, married with 2 children and graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1986. He completed his master's degree in Public Administration and doctorate programs in Cancer Epidemiology. Between 1987 and 2000, he worked as a physician and manager in the field of emergency room, private medicine and health center. He worked as a consultant doctor in the Cancer Control Department in 2000-2002, and since 2002, he has been working as station doctor, command doctor and deputy chief at the Ankara Provincial Ambulance Service.

He started the certification training of stations in Ankara province, conducting command control center trainings, quality studies, training of rescue teams (UMKE) in disasters, management of exceptional situations, establishment and development of 4 different command centers, dissemination of communication, communication and information technologies and development of service standards. He carried out studies on call and case management in his domestic and international rescue activities (Iran, Pakistan earthquakes, Van earthquake, wounded transportation from Northern Iraq, different from abroad, he served in the evacuation of international patients). In 2015, he served on the Scientific Committee of the General Directorate of Emergency Health Services. Joint call center management took part in health command studies, completed both case algorithms for teams and call algorithms for call centers, conducted chapter writings in 6 books, edited in 2 books and conducted over 200 research studies.
