Labirinto social cooperative works in the Marche Region (Italy) since 1979, developing its activities in the delivery of “social services”. It designs and manages services in specific areas of intervention: socio-educational, socio – healthcare, training and research. Its mission is to provide social, health, educational services as well as training services, which particular regard to childhood, minors coming from disadvantaged situations, women victims of violence, disabled people, elderly people, migrants, refugees and asylum seekers and youths. For several years the cooperative has had as its goal to convert itself from a body mainly managing social services to an engine of the territorial welfare, through: the gradual transition from subcontracted services from public bodies to services of cooperative’s ownership; the strengthening of territorial social cooperation thanks to the development of networks with other cooperatives; the social innovation of the services’ delivered able to face new needs and changes. Now Labirinto is looking for interesting partnership for European Projects.
