About Me

Peace Journalism Lab has been established in 2012 in the School of Journalism and Mass Media Communication, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. The aim is to promote new approaches in journalistic studies and conduct edge research r In addition to support the teaching needs at the undergraduate and postgraduate level of the Department of Journalism and Mass Media It is Unique one in Greece and one of the few across Europe. It is a Center of Excellence as it results from the fact that it has been awarded a Jean Monet Chair for European Integration, and research fund from Google (DNI Fund).

Every year organises Thessaloniki International Media Summer Academy, along with major Universities and Organisations from around the world Deutsche Welle Akademie (DW Akademie), University of Zagreb Croatia, University of Novi-Sad Serbia, Beijing Foreign Studies University, Center for Media and Information Literacy at Temple University USA, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Media Literacy Institute, Prooforganization
