Graduated in management, I have a strong background in business and strategic consultancy for more than 10 years.
Throughout this period, I have been involved in projects related with Health, Agri-food, Blue Economy, Retail, SaaS, Banking, Industry, Big Data, or AI.
Four years ago I assumed the role of Operations Manager and coordinates the team with the goal to innovate the consultancy services provided. Specialized in defining the best fundraising strategies for startups and more mature SMEs, mixes EU Funding Schemes with Venture Capital Advisory, project coordination, business modelling, market research and financial analysis for projects. This was aggregated with tasks related with strategy definition, partnership procurement and team management.
Beside this, I also closely enrolled with the European startup ecosystem, as a mentor in several incubation and acceleration programs.
