Since September 2016, I am working in a Consultancy Startup project that manages a wide range of consultants all over the world focused in four main core businesses: Corporate Finance, Investment and Financing Solutions, International Business and Corporate Responsibility. My main activities are the operations and financial management, commercial strategy and analysing investment projects.
At the commercial and management level, the main activities are the capture leads and gain new customers, strategy definition, partnership procurement and human resources coordination.
In the productive activities, analysing public and private investment projects and addressing them into applications to the program of EU Funds Portugal 2020 and Horizon 2020, appropriate follow-up and the preparation of Business Plans, Market Research and Marketing Plans.
Through this period I was responsible for the internationalization of several small and medium companies and for the raising of more than 24 million euros of European Funds.
