Looking for Partnership Looking for Extra EU Funds
Women Do Business (WDB) is a non-profit organization based in Crete, Greece, dedicated to promoting female entrepreneurship and eliminating gender-based stereotypes. Founded in July 2020, WDB has swiftly become a pivotal force in advocating for women's rights and business participation in the region and beyond. WDB engages in a variety of activities aimed at supporting women entrepreneurs through mentorship, education, networking, and empowerment events. These activities are designed to equip women with the necessary skills and confidence to launch and sustain their businesses, while also addressing and challenging the societal stereotypes that often hinder women's progress.
Currently, WDB is actively involved in several European Union-funded projects, including FEMABLE, which focuses on promoting women's participation in the political domain, and Brave Women in Action, which aims to empower women through enhanced participation and action in various sectors. WDB is keenly interested in calls related to gender equality, entrepreneurship, social inclusion, and educational advancements within the EU framework, continuously seeking opportunities to expand our impact and collaborations. WDB is actively seeking partnerships and collaborative opportunities to further our mission. We engage with local and international stakeholders, including educational institutions, other NGOs, and private sector entities to foster a supportive ecosystem for female entrepreneurs.
