About Me
I am an Assistant Professor in the School of Policy and Practice in the DCU Institute of Education in Dublin. I am a member of the Further Education and Training Research Centre working with stakeholders in the areas of initial teacher education, teaching practice, access and equality in FET. We are involved in a range of Erasmus+ KA2 projects in crossgenerational learning, soft skills for employablity and interculturalism. Interested in exploring pilot programmes for work based learning for low qualified employees, holisitic approaches to soft skills development including guidance and counselling and self-directed learning using blended ;
