Looking for Partnership Looking for Extra EU Funds
I am an associate professor in the Department of Chemistry (Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, University of Prishtina).
My research interest are: covalent modification of materials - bulk and nanoscopic - (conducting, semi-conducting and insulating) by 2D nanometric thin layer films and their characterization; corrosion study (both experimental and theoretical calulations); theoretical calculations including: quantum and molecular mechanics (DFT, Monte carlo, Molecular Dynamics).
Currently I have many collaborations with the group of ITODYS (Paris 7) and other several groups from different Universities mainly on the topic of understanding the interface (adsorption and chemical grafting) formed from organic molecules and different materials using both experimental techniques and theoretical ;
I'm interested to collaborate in the field of surface modification and theoretical calculations 9small molecules and periodic systems).
