About Me

I deal with the issue of management using knowledge management and overall modern trends in the management of local government organizations as with a focus on sustainability and sustainable development and in the context of improving the quality of public services provided; I was a member of the research team of many research projects, as an expert I cooperated with the Center of Education of the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic in the national projects "National employment strategy" and "Strategy of active aging" - Expert for the Action Plan in the Slovak Republic. I am the author of many scientific studies and monographs in the field of management, public policy and public administration.
