About Me

As a trainer and project manager, I began my journey in sexual and reproductive health and rights with young people and vulnerable groups. Later, I also specialized as a trainer in the areas of Citizenship and Participation. I've participated in “ENTER! Long-term Training Course for Youth Workers on Access to Social Rights for Young People” from the CoE (Council of Europe). I was in charge of different regional and international projects (Algarve 2020 a Youth contract for the region, Talk Abou it – cooperation and youth participation for sexual rights; PatHERways – political participation of young women, etc.)  In 2019 I integrated the team for the preparation of the candidacy for European Cultural Capital – Faro 2027. My main tasks were to build a cultural strategy for the city through the contributions and participation of local and regional entities and cultural actors. Currently, I am a trainer, project coordinator and consultant for different entities and municipalities regarding youth participation and youth policies.
