About Me

I'm working as an RDI Director of the Smart Business focua area at Lahti University of Applied Sciences (LAMK).

LAMK is a multidiciplinary higher education institution located in the city of Lahti in Southern Finland. It's applided research activities aim at finding, developing and producing new and improved products, production systems, methods and services. International research, development and innovation activities and specialist expertis are tageted at four focus areas: Desing, Smart Business, Wellbeing and Regenerative Growth, and Circular Economy Solutions. The research themes of the Smart Business focus area are: 1) Digital business, 2) Tourism and event management, 3) Supply chain management, and 4) Globally and locally responsible business.

My own research interests include corporate social responsibility and sustainability reporting, competence management as well as regional development.
