About Me
SÉRGIO CORREIA received his Diploma on Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Coimbra, Portugal, in 2000 and the Master Degree in Industrial Control and Maintenance Systems from Beira Interior University, Covilhã, Portugal, in 2010. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor at the Polytechnic Institute of Portalegre, Portugal. He is also a Researcher at the COPELABS - Cognitive and People-Centric Computing, University Lusófona, Portugal. His current research interests are in the area of Wireless Sensor Networks, Swarm Intelligence, Metaheuristic Optimization, Signal Processing, Embedded Systems, Internet of Things and Computer Architecture.
