Since 1989, we have positioned ourselves as the first and leading media monitoring agency in Croatia. Today, after thirty years of systematic service improvement, we provide our customers with a timely and accurate media monitoring 24/7, as well as many other services.
We are continuously working on development of innovative analytical technologies (NLP and others) which we combine with the knowledge of our seasoned analysts in order to provide the best media monitoring and media analysis services daily. We collect content from traditional media (print, radio, and television) as well as internet based media (web and social networks).
To date, we have been involved in one EU funded project - MELIA Observatory ().
We have 2 PhD candidates in our team and have historical been a go to place for PhD thesis data, research, and analysis help.
Our research background covers all sorts of topics that can be investigated through the lens of media (hate speech, disinformation, migrants, geography, business, ESG, etc.)
