About Me

KHORA is a leading, award-winning Extended Reality (XR) production studio based in Copenhagen. We create cutting-edge Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) experiences for multiple application areas and industries. 

 

Our name derives from Plato's Khora - a place between the real and non-real - between what we can sense and what is yet to be. In 2015, Khora was founded as the first combined VR and AR production house, learning space, and showroom in the Nordics. We are pioneers in instructing and producing high-end immersive content with over 400+ immersive experiences and applications in our portfolio. We have hosted or participated in 1500+ events and introduced XR to 40.000+ visitors in our showroom.

 

Khora consists of a diverse, full-scale production team of 30+ full-time employees, including computer graphics and 3D artists, sound designers, filmmakers, programmers, developers, and XR experts. Our extensive experience offers honest insights on the application of VR/AR and leads innovators to deliver cutting-edge immersive content. 

 

We also have experience in leading and collaborating on EU projects (Erasmus+, Creative Europe & Horizon) and are always interested in discussing opportunities for partnerships and collaborations.
