About Me

Kadifeteks produce upholstery fabrics, curtains, outdoor fabrics and transport fabrics in heart of İSTANBUL industrial zone. We use raw materials of PP, PET, PAN and Wool. It is a fully integrated textile manufactiring plant including yarn spinning, airjet texturising, warp properation weaving, warp knitting and circular knitting, dying and finishing, coating and laminating facilities. There is a melt spinning plant of polyprophylene yarn production with masterbatch additives. We are specialising in technical textiles such as antibacterial and antiviral, flame retardant fabrics for all standards, acoustic fabrics, transport(ship, train, bus abd aircraft) fabrics with high abrasion resistance, easy clean, water proof, oil repellant, soft touch, breathable and UV resistant fabrics. We have got an extensive R&D and Design Centers where we carry out applied R&D and innovation projects with 74 staff. There are fully established laboratories which are capable of yarn and fabric physical testing and flame retardancy tests. We are currantly working on the subjects of recycling of yarn and fabrics, searching and development of sustainable raw materails and chemicals and sustainable processes for water and energy saving. The projects of development of fabrics with various functioanalities for comfort of livingand environment.

We are interested in the calls of EU funded projects of sustainability, recycling, digilization of textile, automation of the processes and machine learning, AI, IOT and big data uses in manufactiring.

Our rolen the projects mostly would be the applier of newly developed technologies and materiaals and chemicals and additives in order to develop innovate products. We can cooperate with academiaa research institute and private R&D Centers in the relevant fields of our activities
