About Me
The Egyptian Patent Office (EGPO) is a public Legal Authority in Egypt and it has been established in 1951 by the laws 132 of 1951. The EGPO is supporting innovation and invention to build a society capable of producing and using technology effectively to achieve comprehensive development.
EGPO Mission is to efficiently manage the patent system to share and disseminate knowledge, encourage inventors and protect their rights, through administrative development and business governance, as well as adopting national patent policies and mechanisms, which contributes to the comprehensive development of the society in all areas of life.
