EU Project developer and manager, with 10-year work experience in project design and management of EU co-funded projects. Currently working in ALOT, a consultant to Public Authorities, regional and local public bodies, policy makers, universities, research centres, foundations, charities and private sector in development and management of EU projects. Involved in every PM process groups: initiating (project idea elaboration and match with EU programmes), planning (transnational partnerships research and set up, administrative and technical development for application forms submissions), executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing of EU funded projects.
Main topics of EU submitted and managed projects: research and innovation, knowledge development and best practices, lessons learnt exchanges, low carbon economy, sustainable mobility and transport, cultural heritage and natural resources, biodiversity protection.
