Linc was born from the meeting of two stories. On the one hand, a cooperative recognized for its social work, support for returning to society and the world of work for people from problematic contexts, people with difficulties or who simply need an opportunity that no one has yet given them, on the other, an association that has brought together various professionals around the work of community planning, management and analysis of complex interventions aimed at territories, the passion for “construction” and the desire to network.
Linc in Italian is the acronym for Working Together In the Community, but it also alludes to the English word link and alludes to ties, to collaboration, to the idea that "nobody saves himself alone", to the road we have traveled and are taking with our many partners.
Linc was born to work alongside organizations, institutions, associations and all those who make the wealth of a community.
Our organization has more than 10 years of experience working with social marginality and European planning in Tuscany. Our works involve the fields of education, youth and adult education, the environment, community empowering. We have built projects with schools, prisons, municipalities and non-governmental organizations.
