Fundación Universidad-Empresa was born over 40 years ago to bring together Universities and Business with the aim of working hand in hand for the improvement of youth employability. Since our beginning we were focused on European programs, where we had developed a strong background.
What we do Our mission is to promote and develop channels of knowledge, dialogue and collaboration between Academia and Business in four strategic areas:
- Training, in different fields, with postgraduate programs, specialization courses and seminars.
- - Employment, developing actions that facilitate employment readiness and first-stage career development of university and higher vocational training students and ;
- - Innovation, with activities related to the management of joint university-business research contracts, knowledge transfer and human resources for R&D&;
- - Entrepreneurship, developing diffusion and awareness actions, as well as advice in the implementation of business projects.
Where we want to go. We want to continue growing, as a reference in our field of work, meeting the needs of Universities and Business, anticipating changes.
Deep Linking. Our philosophy. Our values define what we believe in and represent who we are. Deep Linking is our proposal to go beyond short-term results, it is our way of working, focused on integrating, contributing, sharing and establishing links.
All our initiatives are based on Deep Linking: listening, understanding and proposing.
People are at the core of our Project, as well as teamwork and the passion to do something we believe in, contributing to the employability of young people and diversity.
