Patricia Ramos is an Environmental Scientist with 11 years of working experience mostly developed in energy projects in Asia, SSA and Latin America. Her core expertise is on EIA, policy analysis, strategy development and project management. She possesses an array of relevant skills: excellent inter-communication abilities; brilliant capacity for maintaining and developing professional relationships with clients; goal-oriented and pro-active attitude. She is a seasoned project manager and energy access specialist. She is familiar with the Asian Development Bank environmental and social safeguards and has been working in the field with the World Bank on power transmission and distribution projects.
