About Me
The faculty of Economics is spread between two cities - Pilsen and Cheb. Our location is beneficial due to the combination of different types of areas on both sides of the spectrum, i. e. strong industry with well-developed infrastructure and high employment rate in Pilsen region combined with tourism, spa and excluded border rural areas suffering from brain-drain effect and depopulation in Karlovy Vary region.
In 2020 we have actively solved one basic research within the Grant Agency of the Czech Republic program, eight applied research projects within various programs under the Technological Agency of the Czech Republic, and two development projects.
