About Me

FETICO- Federation of Independent Workers of Commerce, is one of the most representative trade union in the commerce sector in Spain.

FETICO has national scope, its headquarters are in Madrid where work more than 50 people. Fetico has also representation in all Spanish regions, with offices in 29 cities and more than 350 members working in them.

Our scope of work is structured in the following areas of activity and expertise:

  • Social dialogue.
  • Training. Fetico has its own training center with resources and tools for the continuous improvement of skills and competences of workers.
  • Employment. Fetico has a service of orientation and guidance to provide job opportunities in the commerce sector mainly for priority groups: low skilled, long-term unemployed and Neets groups.
  • Health and safety at work. Fetico tries to promote a safe and healthy working environment in the commerce sector.
  • Equality and non-discrimination. Fetico works to promote equality in the workplace through actions to encourage gender; reconciliation of personal and professional life, management of diversity at workplace and labour integration of disadvantage groups.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility-CSR. Fetico has a specific area in which promotes actions of CSR to produce a positive impact on society.

FETICO has experience in the management of EU funded projects in the Programs: Erasmus+ and EASI (Progress) as coordinators and partners.
