Context and idea of the project In May 2014 The Knot together with Droni (Georgia) implemented also an outdoor training in the mountains of Bakuriani in Georgia. This intensive training for youth workers ended in a discussion on the last day during the evaluation to continue working on the use of outdoor and experiential learning in another setting. Here the idea was born to set up a Long Term T
VUFE is organizing in cooperation with 8 other partners the " Get ready for the future - Russia! A training course on project management to prepare youth workers working with the new Erasmus+/Youth in Action program.", that will take part in 2015.
The exact date will be decided after approval of the project, but will be in SPRING 2016.

The idea of this training course is to develop a LTTC on Outdoor Education and Experiential Learning. A training course where the main overall concept is to meet over a periode of 2 years time 3 times in a residential training with the same group of youth workers to train them in using outdoor education and experiential learning techniques and methodes as well as
EVEREST (Exploring Value of Experience: Rewriting Education through Synergy Training) is a chain of 3 activities implemented during the period of October 2015 and August 2016. It has the following structure:
1) Study visit in Olde Vechte Foundation in Netherlands, - 22th-27th November 2015.
2) Training Course in Bakuriani/Borjom Kharagauli National Park, Georgia, 20-28th of May, 2016.
