Il progetto punta a stimolare i comuni aderenti ad adottare interventi per l’uso dei mezzi di trasporto pubblici. Un effetto durevole si può conseguire soprattutto coinvolgendo le strutture locali già esistenti e scegliendo un approccio dal basso. Avendo un filo diretto coi cittadini, infatti, i comuni hanno molte opportunità in più per promuovere una mobilità più ecologica.
