Prof. Antonello Fabio Caterino, (San Giovanni Rotondo, 10/12/1988) is an experienced researcher and lecturer in the fields of Italian literature, philology and digital humanities. After having obtained his and in Italian Studies at Sapienza – Università di Roma, he completed a in Humanities at Università della Calabria and another one in Italian studies at Université de Lausanne (cotutelle de these / dual doctoral degree program). Actually he directs the «Centro di Ricerca “Lo Stilo di Fileta”» and carries out research at Universiy of Molise (Dipartimento di Scienze Umanistiche Sociali e della Formazione), where he is adjunct professor of Italian philology. He's also honoray fellow of greek literature at University of Bologna.
He was postdoctoral collaborator at University of Campania “Luigi Vanvitelli” (Dipartimento di Lettere e Beni culturali) and at University of Calabria (Dipartimento di Studi Umanistici), where he has already been research fellow and teaching fellow. He often collaborated with Università di Chieti-Pescara "Gabriele d'Annunzio as occasional lecturer. In 2017 he won a one-month fellowship at Boltzmann Institut für Neulateinische Studien and for the 2017/18 he won a postdoctoral fellowship at Istituto Italiano per gli Studi Storici, where he was fellow from 1 until 5 Jan. 2018. He wrote papers and essays about renaissance poetry (XV and XVI century) and now he directs the carnet de recherche «Filologia Risorse Informatiche» (ISSN: 2496-6223) and «Kepos - Semestrale di letteratura italiana» and the database «PoLet500 – Polemiche italiane del Cinquecento» . He is executive director of «Al segno di Fileta» ; he also direct the book series , «Luscinia» (Aracne Editrice). He also directs the group of studies «Eterodossie e dissenso nella letteratura italiana» (UNIMOL) . His university teaching activity mainly focuses on modern Italian literature, philology and digital humanities. He has held lectures, seminars, posters and conference at the following universities: Università della Calabria, Università del Molise, Università di Chieti-Pescara "Gabriele d'Annunzio”, Università della Campania “Luigi Vanvitelli”, Sapienza – Università di Roma, Università Roma 3, Università di Padova, Università di Bologna, Università Suor Orsola Benincasa, Università di Firenze, University of Durham (UK), Université de Lausanne (CH), Palacký in Olomouc (Czech Republic).
He is CEO of INALF (Istituto Nazionale di Linguistica Forense) and Al Segno di Fileta publishing house. He's also in the board of directors of Poliniani Publishing House. He's expert in the field of tech transfer.
