Looking for Partnership Looking for Consultant Looking for Extra EU Funds
Rural World Resources International (RWRI) is a nonprofit civil society organization registered in May 2001 with headquarters in Bamenda, Cameroon.
The organization deals with providing access to basic amenities, which include but are not limited to water, electricity, communication, education and health facilities, to rural communities
With the onset of armed conflict and the Covid-19 pandemic, rural populations have migrated to cities and posed the problems of: overpopulation, food and cooking fuel scarcity, loss of jobs and livelihoods and decline in economic activities. RWRI has therefore adjusted its operations to solving these problems, especially in the supply of prepared foodstuffs, alternatives to cooking fuels, job creation and income generation, targeting women, youths and internally displaced families.
