About Me
“Katoptron” is a Non-profit Organization that operates from 2011 in Greece aiming at the promotion of Greek culture. Our main project, the International Micro μ Festival is the most fast growing independent short film festival in Greece.
What makes our festival unique is the fact that it takes place in different cities around Greece and the world at the same day and time. In that way it connects all audiences who after the simultaneous projection in real time vote for their favorite films.
Katoptron is also involved in the production performing arts shows.

Euro μ refers to the largest voting film festival for short films in Europe.
The main concept is to organize an annual event, where selected short films will be screened simultaneously in all participant countries of the Euro μ network. After the screenings, audiences in all cities will vote and during a "live" broadcast, the winner will be announced....
