About Me
Imene Bekri-Abbes is currently an Associate Professor and a lecturer in
laboratory of composite materials and clay minerals at national center of
material sciences, Tunisia. Her current research projects focus on medicinal and cosmetic application of clay
minerals. Prof. Bekri-Abbes expertise include: polymer/clay nanocomposite, electric and dielectric
properties of materials, green synthesis of materials and valorization and recycling of urban and industrial
wates.
Dr. Bekri-Abbes has coauthored numerous highly cited journal publications, conference articles and review
article in the aforementioned topics.
