About Me
Kinoniko EKAV (a Greek acronym for the Social "Hellenic Direct Assistance Cell"), is an independent social Greek organization aiming at combating any form of social exclusion. The purpose of Kinoniko EKAV is the urgent intervention to support people who are in a situation of deep poverty and social marginalization. In this context, the Kinoniko EKAV operates three Accommodation Structures for unaccompanied minors in Greece, where housing, food, medical, psychological support, and education are provided to 108 children. Kinoniko EKAV aims to join international consortia as an expert in TCNs’ integration, empowerment, medical and psychological support and training.
