GRI is a Human Resources and Management Consultancy specialized in Employment, Training and Outplacement with more than 20 years of experience.
Since our beginning in 2001, the team of professionals conforming GRI has a main objective: contributing to the economic and social development of the country by connecting individual talent with the organizations that demand it. GRI count on more than 10 offices throughout the whole Spanish territory so it has wide influence regarding projects and initiatives dissemination and development.
Currently, GRI develops its main activity in:
- The private sector, through the Outplacement Plans that are focused on responding to the economic, social and labour imbalances caused by the restructuring, relocation or closure of companies.
- The public sphere through the development of comprehensive Employment and Training Programs.
Its work methodology is based on its own technique, adapted and developed through the implementation of the different projects executed and based on a series of techniques tested and validated by the excellent results achieved throughout its career as Consultancy specialized in Outplacement.
GRI has been the company leader for design and implementation of EGF (European Globalization Fund) in Spain providing support to people losing their jobs as a result of major structural changes in world trade patterns due to globalisation, e.g. when a large company shuts down or production is moved outside the EU, or as a result of the global economic and financial crisis.
