About Me

FOREM (Training and Employmen Foundation)   was created in 1991 by Comisiones Obreras – The biggest Spanish Trade Union- to provide training and professional guidance for employed and unemployed workers. Some years later, FOREMCYL – Training and Employment Foundation of Castilla y León- carries out these activities from top to bottom in the Spanish region of Castilla y León until present in an autonomous ;

Throughout its history, Foremcyl has obtained recognition for developing training actions but also for its analysis and detection of training needs of workers and companies, and performing consultancy and design activities related to skills evaluation, design of teaching materials and methodologies including the study of new training needs caused by industrial digitization. More recently, Foremcyl has included among its activities, specific youth programs, in addition to training activities in challenging subjects such as circular economy, fair transition or Industrial digitalization for union representatives
