About Me

We provide training in the fields of music, painting, handicrafts, computer technology and foreign languages. We have more than 50 years of experience in the field of adult education and have been deemed worthy of many quality labels in our district. We are a large educational institution with expert instructors in the field with Erasmusplus project coordinator experience. Our institution is located on the coast of the Black Sea, at the intersection of green and blue. It is a city with a wonderful nature. The region we are in is a plain and fruit and vegetable cultivation is quite common due to abundant rainfall. We want to be involved in projects where we can see good examples of agricultural practices.
