Youth Career Center of Dubrovnik (Centar za karijere mladih Dubrovnik) is committed to helping to prepare the emerging workforce for meaningful and successful occupations of the ; Through participation in the Youth Career Center of Dubrovnik participants learn workplace readiness and academic skills essential for reaching their career goals. We are providing non-formal education programmes for youngsters to acquire skills and attitudes for successful self-expression (career planning, communication, conflict management, team building, leadership skills development, project management, active civic participation). We also support young people through: better opportunities to access employment, better opportunities through education and training and better opportunities for solidarity, learning mobility and participation.
