As an Adult education and research organization we have experience in skill validation and developing training concepts to identify skill gaps and needs, identify future needs and ways to address them, methods to encourage collaboration.
ASPECT-Management and Intercultural Relations is offering expertise on Sector Skills Alliances LOT 3 (Blueprint for sectoral cooperation on skills and strategy and for selected sectors)- skill validation, assessment and developing training concepts and methodologies to identify skill gaps and needs, identify future needs and ways to address them, methods to encourage collaboration. We conduct researches and develop methodologies in different sectors.
