Municipality of Patos- Albania, is planning to apply for the "Europe for Citizens" programme in its "Town Twinning" strand for this year.  
Our Municipality has never been part of such co-operation, thus it is a new thing for us, but we are highly motivated and well committed to apply, win the call and implement this project, with a well established and experienced partner in EU projects.

Topic: “The Youth Vote, a vote for the future of Europe!”

Focuses on raising political awareness among young people, youngsters living in the European Union and their Albanian peers;

• taking part in electoral processes, such as voting in elections with a focus on EP ;
• bring together a number of young people who have and have not voted in the last EP elections of May 2019 (first time/young voters), and their Albanian peers;
• this group of young people will get a valuable knowledge of EU institutions and its policies by policy makers and experts on EU issues, the importance of participating in elections, the right to vote, etc. ;
