SIAC defined the features neccesary to create Citizens Living Labs (CLL); we would like to create software for the structured support of innovators in the way we see that together. Like a matchmaking tool. The databases of the CLL's working with it should get connected thus creating a database that innovators, cities, universities can use to create the right conditions for a SI-friendly ecosystem. Further in that system already found knowledge could be integrated or connected. Now many findings end up in a drawer or a bin after it's project ends. Such waste of knowledge and ;
