LM Formateur Ltée, a non-profit enterprise based in the southwest of Mauritius, is launching a project through our training school, Atelier Espoir et Avenir. The project is aimed at empowering youth in rural areas by providing free professional training in bakery, pastry, and culinary skills to young individuals aged 16-22 years old.

Our goal is to reduce unemployment and poverty among youth and families in rural areas by creating opportunities for them to work in hotels, restaurants, guesthouses, and supermarkets in the region. We believe that by investing in the education and training of our youth, we can help them become responsible adults and leaders of tomorrow.

The project will provide participants with all the resources they need for the training, such as equipment, ingredients, uniforms, and transportation. After the training, they will participate in a practical and theoretical exam and will receive a certificate if they achieve good results.

We are committed to building a society where every young person can easily realize their potential and achieve their goals. We believe that providing young people with good training is essential for their overall development.

We are currently seeking partners who can provide internship and employment opportunities for our trainees. We are also looking for organizations or individuals who can donate or sponsor equipment, ingredients, uniforms, and transportation for our training program.
