The aim of the project is to set up a co-operation network between Norwegian (TromsøSkipsverft, JM Hansen), Russian (Sevmash) and Swedish (Hedron Engineering) companiescapable of competing for maintenance duties primarily in the Snehvit field and secondarily in thefuture oil industry building projects to be carried out on the continental shelf in Norway andRussia.
