Developing Lahti Region - Pärnu Local Agenda 21 Network

Project aims at strengthening citizens' participation in handling local and regional environmental issues. Experiences gained in Lahti region are utilised for establishing Local Agenda 21 in Pärnu. Cross-border co-operation strengthens Agenda 21 processes in both participating regions. Target areas: Lahti region (Päijät-Häme, Finland) and Pärnu region (Estonia)
