The objective is to develop and acquire from 2002 to 2005 the technical equipment and devices required in border inspections in order to implement the flow of cross-border traffic and rapid and regular border inspections. The focus of development is at the Nuijamaa international border-crossing point, which accounts for approx. 36% of total costs.
