DEVELOPMENT AND ACQUISITIONS OF THE TECHNICAL DEVICES AND EQUIPMENT IN BORDER INSPECTIONS
The objective is to develop and acquire from 2002 to 2005 the technical equipment and devices required in border inspections in order to implement the flow of cross-border traffic and rapid and regular border inspections. The focus of development is at the Nuijamaa international border-crossing point, which accounts for approx. 36% of total costs.
