I graduated in International Cooperation. I had job experiences in Italy and abroad. I am interested in the field of Project Management, EU programmes and International Cooperation. In particular I had opportunity to be EVS Coordinator and to elaborate many projects promoted by European Commision or International Foundations. I had also experience in Tanzania both as head mission in the project called “albino project” and responsible for definition of country priorities based on context and needs analyses.
Currently I’m independent consultant for a brand called “Bandi Europei Consulting” for enterprises and organizations. I’m legal representative of "DEMOSTENE Centro Studi per la Promozione dello Sviluppo Umano", a non profit organization. In addition I’m studying to prepare IPMA Exam.
I have a proved experience in Project Management in multicultural context, good knowledge of international donors guidelines, I´m able to work to tight deadlines, under-pressure and to respect deadlines, I have good capabilities of personnel management and financial resources, good knowledge of spoken and written English, I have a good leadership attitude and good skills in problem solving and strategic planning capabilities.
What is more I am also hard worker and tenacious. I find myself optimistic, smiling and with good sense of humor. I have good communication and social skills as well as ICT skills (computer, the Internet)
