About Me

Mediterráneo Culinary Center is a VET school specialised in Cooking, Gastronomy, Dietetics and Nutrition, with years of experience and with a clear international vocation, recognised by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Valencian Community. The main activities undertaken in the centre are the acquisition and training of students in the Hospitality, Gastronomic and Tourism sector. The centre offers a wide range of educational programmes and official qualifications concerning Intermediate and Higher Education Vocational Training in dietetics, hotel management and gastronomy such as catering and pastry, and also master’s degrees and postgraduate courses in Tourism and F&B Management in companies. MCC also issues diplomas, monographs and certificates of professionalism.

Mediterráneo Culinary Center has been working for many years as host institution as part of the European mobility programmes and offers internships in many sectors in Valencia thanks to our partnerships with local authorities and stakeholders. Our team manages and collaborates in the realisation and the implementation of educational programmes, such as Erasmus+ projects. We deal with Erasmus+ specialised training and mobility projects in both students and adult education. Our KA1 internships cover a wide range of professional fields from accountancy to mechatronics, not only for chefs and waiters. In terms of KA2 projects, we carry out scientific and educational research where we contribute by creating teaching or learning methodologies and other educational tools for gastronomy, sustainability, green skills, sustainable businesses in the hospitality sector, digital and entrepreneurial skills, intercultural communication, language learning and teaching practices, cultural heritage, tourism and the field of agriVET.
