Represented eem organization is a nonprofit organization, established on October 2015 by a youth group of influential Yemeni individuals through initiatives seeking to serve affected peoples from conflict. Deem initiative focused on communications for social change organization which combines the power of directly with grassroots community mobilization, it creates customized communications strategies and outreach solutions that address the most critical challenges affecting people in the developing world such as women and girl’s empowerment, health education, human rights, and democracy and governance. It is registered officially in October 2017 in the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor as NGO with the permission to implement activities in Yemen. Furthermore, it has a letter of support from the MOHP- GHO offices in Taiz, Ibb, and Sana’a governorates. In addition to a very good working relationship with other local councils in the mentioned governorates. Our team shows a successful retention and motivation policies applied by Deem. DEEM’s mandates are realized on the ground by open-minded, wholehearted and caliber staff along with compassionate and talented interns and volunteers. While technical expertise and management skills are the foremost criteria for recruitment of Deem staff. It The staffs are constantly exposed to organizational development programs to sharpen their skills and keep up with the technical update. It has been contracted with Executive Solution for Studies and Consultations in the organizational building of the organization and in the training and qualification of its staff to refine and develop their skills to be able to keep abreast of modern and modern technologies.
